Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation, subject to product availability, order verification, and unforeseen circumstances. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, festivals, remote-area restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control; generally, domestic orders within India may take approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch to reach the customer. We currently ship orders across India through reliable third-party courier and logistics partners, and shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including name, house/flat number, street, area, city, state, PIN code, and a valid contact number, as Quitenice will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient being unavailable, incorrect address details, refusal to accept the parcel, or any other customer-related reason, the courier partner may make additional delivery attempts or return the package to us, and any applicable re-shipping charges may be borne by the customer. Quitenice is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, technical issues, festivals, public holidays, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Orders may not be delivered to certain restricted, remote, or non-serviceable locations depending on courier availability. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal to accept the shipment, or any other customer-related reason, the customer may be required to pay applicable re-shipping charges before the order can be dispatched again.
